The newcomer’s raw yet deeply personal style recalls early PJ Harvey, while her lyrical wit sits alongside Courtney Barnett.
Seeming to blossom with each release, Bryde hits new rabble rousing form on upcoming single ‘Honey’.
A barbed return, the wiry guitar lines wrap themselves around her poisoned vocal: “you’re like a bad word, I think I misheard”.
